Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
Nation building is a non-profit organization dedicated to constructing a national identity. Nation-building aims to achieve the unification of the Nigerian people across religious, ethnic and political divides as a catalyst for a politically stable and prosperous nation-state in the long run.

There are essentials of nation-building that when cultivated in the citizenry, will go a long way in creating the nation of our dream

Our Story
Nation Building People of Nigeria Club was formed by Comrade Stephen Imuzei Akhiojemi on the 13th of March 2017. On incorporation, the Head Office was at block B, Suite 273, Sura Shopping Complex, Simpson Street, Lagos Island, Lagos State. It has since moved to No.3B Oba Samuel Akinsanya Street, Magodo Phase1, Isheri, Lagos.

The formation of the club was inspired by the belief that Nigeria can become a great and prosperous nation not only in Africa but in the world - if its people can become patriotic and united. We strongly believe that a major hindrance to Nigeria's greatness is, the lack of patriotism of its people. We owe our allegiance to our tribes and religion rather than our country. Though we have a religious divide, in most cases tribal divide overrides every other consideration.
Nation building is a non-profit making organization dedicated to constructing a national identity. Nation-building aims to achieve the unification of the Nigerian people across religious, ethnic and political divides as a catalyst for a politically stable and prosperous nation-state in the long run. There are essentials of nation-building that when cultivated in the citizenry, will go a long way in creating the nation of our dream.

Our aim in Nation Building people of Nigeria Club is to bring together people of like minds who share the vision of a great Nigeria and inculcate in them values and habits that lead to the greatness of any society. To this end, we hope to establish the club in every primary, secondary, and post-secondary institution, Furthermore, there will be town and city clubs across the Country in all the geopolitical zones, states, and the 774 local government areas of the country.
Meanwhile, we are starting with Lagos. In addition, we will be building an Institute of Nation Building where short-duration training courses will be offered to citizens, particularly during vacations. Other programs that will be run by the club include annual undergraduate essay competitions based on topical issues that engender patriotism. The inaugural edition of this program is already planned for the first half of 2022.
